JobArchive
Archiving and displaying various files/file types, integrating forms, using several storage adapters, certified archiving, version control, data deduplication, integrated rights management for displaying documents, direct access to documents from the inbox, JobArchive system activity to execute actions in JobArchive, multilingual archive.For revision-safe long-time archiving we recommend Fast LTA‘s storage system Silent Cube.
JobRobot
JobRobot is a server-based module which completes process steps automatically without user interaction. All rules associated with any step completed by JobRobot will be executed as usual. For example, JobRobot can be used in a process when a user is not available to complete a step, but the process needs to be forwarded. JobRobot can complete the step without human interaction and the process can advance according to the rules of the step.JobSelect
JobSelect is a configurable database query module to create all kinds of reports and make them accessible to JobRouter users. Such reports can e.g. be used as invoice ledger or for process analysis.JobShare
The JobRouter workflow is easily integratable into the sharepoint portal by using the JobShare module. JobRouter process inboxes can be displayed in sharepoints. The sharepoint lists are displayed and can be managed in JobRouter. JobRouter processes can also be started in Sharepoint.JobShift
The JobRouter module JobShift is used to archive completed process instances after a specified time thus removing them from the production system. Process owners can at any time search for completed and archived instances, reactivate or export them if necessary. By using the JobShift module your JobRouter system can be kept in an optimized condition.JobStart
With JobStart, JobRouter is able to start processes automatically by monitoring multiple directories or email accounts. For every new file or new email a predefined process instance is started. The file and the emails information and attachments can be assigned to a new process instance. JobStart also contains a new module for bar code recognition. This module allows to check incoming files for barcodes that serve as identifiers for splittingthe file into separate documents. Typical applications for this module are “Invoice Receipt” or “Fax Receipt”.
JobSub
With this JobRouter subtitution module, users can select a substitute for themselves and for the JobFunctions they are a member of. During the time the substitution is active, the substitute automatically receives instances in a separate inbox.JobSync
This module allows a JobRouter development/ test environment to be synchronized with a production environment. The test environment can either be installed on the same server or a different one. Inside the test environment you may develop, change and test processes independently from the production system. JobSync offers a transfer interface to synchronize individual instances, entire processes or numerous system settings quickly and easily between test and active environment.JobTable
The JobTable module extends JobRouter forms with Subtables that contain additional line item data. Typical examples for Subtables are line items of invoices or purchase orders. You can use this option to add and fill in as many rows as needed (e.g. line items of an invoice).JobTimer
With JobTimer it is possible to trigger time-based escalation actions for steps or processes. For example, escalation emails may be sent for a step that becomes overdue, or a step may automatically be assigned to a different JobFunction, based on a certain completion time.JobViewer
The module JobViewer shows all archived documents or those attached to a process. The viewer can also be used as a form integration.With JobViewer you can display files in any browser without having to install an editing program on the client.

JRReminder
JRReminder is a Windows service, which upgrades JobRouter with the functionality of appointment requests. Hereby appointment requests can be sent directly out of JobRouter processes for example to Microsoft Outlook®. The recipient can then take over these requests into his calendar.
JRInformer
JRInformer is a system application for Windows, which runs in the system tray. It monitors a JobRouter instance and gives information, if there are new steps for the user.
