With the JobRouter portals, different, password protected portals are available to the customers. You can request a login on the respective site. The login data of JobRouter-Campus and JobRouter-Support is always synchronized so it can be used for both portals. Merely the user group portal requires its own login data. On the portals you can find exclusive information about the respective area. What to find where you can see in the following paragraphs.

In order for you to stay up to date, JobRouter-Campus offers a variety of training courses concerning workflow management. There is training content for end users as well as for administrators and distributors enabling everyone to become or stay a JobRouter professional.

- SQL (DB trigger)
- basic knowledge in PHP

Training for JobRouter distribution partnership
The participation requirement is a JobRouter distribution partnership.

Distributional aspects, JobRouter innovations and introduction to the new modules

JavaScript basics
There are no requirements for taking part in this training course.

The basics of JavaScript and the integration of external JavaScript files in JobRouter.

There are no requirements for taking part in this training course.

JobRouter
Support - for technical questions and software updates
As a JobRouter customer you are entitled to a full technical support and supply with software updates and upgrades with all additionally purchased modules. The support hotline and the online support center help you to work with JobRouter and to solve possible occurring setup and configuration errors.

A quick solution based on the extensively provided information and a detailed problem report. Experience shows that the necessary information is obtained optimally by our Support Ticket System.
